We successfully leveraged artificial intelligence to predict risk on gas service lines for Con Edison, one of our first customers.
We believe operational resilience is critical to protect the people and infrastructure that power our society.
As part of Itron, Urbint is expanding its mission to empower utilities, energy providers, and critical infrastructure companies to predict and prevent incidents before they happen; protecting workers, safeguarding communities, and securing vital assets. Together, we’re combining Itron’s decades of utility industry service with Urbint’s AI-powered foresight and operational solutions to help organizations move beyond reaction and build the resilience needed for the next 100 years of utility operations.
As the world leader in operational resilience for energy and utilities, Urbint delivers end-to-end AI solutions that combine artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and the latest safety science:

Elevate field safety by enabling crews to identify hazards and implement direct controls at the point of work, reducing serious injuries and fatalities (SIFs).

Connect the entire natural disaster lifecycle, from storm impact prediction to resource coordination and recovery, minimizing outages and customer disruption.

Proactively prevent utility damages by connecting risk prediction, field intelligence, and mitigation workflows; empowering teams to focus on the highest-risk excavations.
The energy and infrastructure industries are entering a defining era - one shaped by accelerating change and unprecedented risks:
At Urbint, we believe Operational Resilience is the key to meeting these challenges. By uniting AI-powered foresight with proven industry science, we help organizations not just withstand disruption, but adapt and emerge stronger.
Our vision is to safeguard today’s operations while preparing utilities and infrastructure companies for the next half-century of transformation - protecting workers, communities, and the environment along the way.
See Why Our Vision MattersUrbint began with a bold vision: combine real-world data with artificial intelligence to give organizations the foresight to see risks before they happen; and stop them.
Now, as part of Itron, that vision is growing even stronger. Together, we’re building a future where every city and utility can harness the power of intelligence to keep people safe, the lights on, and communities resilient - no matter what challenges lie ahead.
